The first presenter in our Fall Saturday Speakers Series is Dr. Mark S. Williams, Professor of Political Studies and Global Studies at Vancouver Island University. The session will explore what the changing international order means for Canada in an era of renewed great-power competition, economic disruption, and democratic uncertainty.
