While our courses have more or less wound up for last semester, your Program Committee has been far from idle: interviewing new instructors, reviewing course proposals, contacting our partner locations and scheduling classes.

Elder College will participate in the Inspiring Connections Open House during RDN’s Active Aging Week. Come along to Oceanside Place Arena on Wednesday October 8, 1:00-3:30 pm.

The idea of aging in place should, for seniors in British Columbia, be a reality not a myth, says Dan Levitt, the B.C. Seniors Advocate.

Levitt will give a presentation on current issues for B.C. seniors at Nanoose Place on Saturday, Sept. 20, from 10 a.m. to noon.
